Qualifying Conditions for a Michigan Medical Card

Patients may qualify if diagnosed with one or more of the following conditions:

• Cancer
• Glaucoma
• HIV/AIDS
• Hepatitis C
• Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
• Crohn’s disease
• Alzheimer’s disease
• Nail patella syndrome
